UGVPS were founded in early November 2012 and are based in Wilkes Barre, PA. UGVPS accept payments via Paypal (which accepts payments via debit/credit card). According to their Terms, refunds are available within the first 30 days but conditions may apply. Once payment has been completed, servers will be deployed instantly. They offer a 99.9% Uptime guarantee. Servers are connected to 1Gbit ports at each location. Centos, Debian and Ubuntu are all available. Additional IPv4 addresses are billed at $1.50 each per month.
